Due to current situation we have extended our returns to 30 days since receiving your order.

Full refund will be provided when the item is in it's original, unused condition.

Please retain a receipt / proof of postage from your local post office.

Our products sell out very quickly so if you would like to have the product in another size or colour, we kindly ask you to place a new order to ensure you will have the item you want. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

Condition for returning item(s):

Returned goods will take up to 10 working days to be processed.

Extended Christmas Return Policy:

If you post your order by 14 January in saleable condition it will be fully refunded (Please keep hold of your proof of returns until your return has been processed)

All item(s) returned to us must be in its original condition in its original packaging.

If in the rare circumstance you received the item faulty – please contact us at customercare@larenafashion.co.uk regarding the fault for further details

PLEASE NOTE: Returning your parcel to us is your responsibility, therefore we do not refund your postage and packaging costs. Please retain proof of postage when returning items back to us.
